Role summary

What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute annual marketing and commercial plans for ASC and NT sales organizations
- Lead downstream marketing team of 4 direct reports and foster team development and culture
- Collaborate across Customer Solutions and upstream marketing to set strategic vision and drive commercialization programs
- Partner with business unit leaders to develop value propositions for ASC ownership models and management companies
- Partner with Marketing Communications and sales leadership on brand strategy, advertising, and tradeshow initiatives to achieve business objectives
