What you'll be doing

Develop and execute digital learning strategies aligned with Japan commercialization priorities across Sales, Marketing, Medical, and Market Access functions
Lead AI and digital innovation initiatives to enhance learning effectiveness, productivity, and personalized capability development
Design and deliver capability development programs with focus on Sales onboarding, upskilling, and continuous learning
Collaborate with local and global business leaders to align capability initiatives and manage cross-functional projects in matrix environment
Optimize learning platforms, define KPIs using Kirkpatrick Model, and measure business impact through data-driven insights
