- Receive, inspect, label, and store materials while maintaining accurate inventory records and chemical safety compliance
- Monitor inventory levels proactively and escalate gaps or issues to prevent operational disruptions
- Support order management activities including entry, updates, expediting, and processing customer returns
- Provide customer service via email and phone to address order inquiries and resolve issues
