Develop, test, and troubleshoot liquid handling scripts and automated workflows on Hamilton platforms
Support pre-sales discovery, installations, training, and post-installation optimization for customers
Diagnose and resolve application and hardware issues, coordinating with service and engineering teams
Create workflow documentation, training materials, and customer handoff specifications
