What you'll be doing
- Drive PMO operational excellence through development and standardization of project management methodologies and governance processes
- Partner with VP of Project Management to translate engineering portfolio strategy into scalable processes and analytics
- Lead portfolio governance, project intake, prioritization, capacity planning, and cross-project portfolio reviews
- Develop and maintain portfolio management frameworks, standards, templates, and best practices
Compensation$160,000 - $180,000 base, plus up to 10% annual bonus
