Role summary
GE HealthCare seeks a senior director to lead the Program Management Office, overseeing strategic software and product development initiatives across the organization. This role combines team leadership with responsibility for establishing governance frameworks, driving execution excellence, and transforming program management practices in a regulated healthcare environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Healthcare, or related field
- 10+ years progressive leadership in program management, portfolio management, or PMO roles
- 5+ years managing and developing high-performing teams
- Experience leading complex cross-functional software or SaaS programs
- Healthcare, medical device, or MedTech industry background
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, design controls, and regulatory requirements
- Demonstrated experience with Agile development and SAFe principles

- Drive execution of complex software releases and strategic initiatives to achieve commitments and business objectives
- Evolve PMO operating model, methodologies, governance structures, and standard work
- Establish governance integrating Agile practices with Quality Management System and regulatory compliance requirements
- Drive portfolio visibility through metrics, dashboards, and operating reviews focused on outcomes and delivery predictability
