- Direct strategic direction, governance, and execution of HGS technology investment portfolio
- Develop multi-year technology roadmaps translating business growth objectives into platform and capability evolution
- Lead end-to-end portfolio management including investment planning, capital allocation, budgeting, and delivery governance
- Establish portfolio governance frameworks driving transparency, accountability, and disciplined execution across initiatives
- Mentor product leaders and staff to develop future leadership capability
