Ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions with measurable outcomes
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for technical and executive audiences

What you'll be doing

Design and scale AI-enabled automated solutions to replace manual processes and improve data quality
Lead complex digital initiatives from intake through delivery, adoption, and value tracking
Manage multiple concurrent projects while balancing scope, timeline, budget, and business priorities
Translate ambiguous business requirements into clear problem statements and actionable delivery plans
Establish stakeholder relationships and communicate progress through executive updates and storytelling
