Role summary
Senior Director role supporting the Vice President of Allergan Aesthetics Controller in driving financial strategy, optimizing operations, and managing consolidated reporting for the global Aesthetics business unit. Reports to VP Controller and leads approximately 30 finance professionals across multiple functions.

- Expertise in financial planning processes and business analysis
- MBA, CPA, or both preferred
What you'll be doing
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close and reporting processes for Allergan Aesthetics globally with GAAP compliance
- Direct financial planning cycles including forecasting integration, resource allocation, and executive-level deliverables
- Oversee pricing strategy implementation, procure-to-pay operations, and global sales & operations planning functions
- Drive internal controls enhancements and coordinate audit activities across US and pricing cycles
- Manage and develop team of approximately 30 professionals including 8 direct reports
