Role summary
Pfizer seeks a Senior Director of Executive Recruiting to establish and lead global executive search operations for VP-level and above positions. - Manage executive search firm relationships including contract negotiation, fee management, and performance accountability
- Build and maintain proactive executive talent mapping and succession planning pipeline across geographies and functions
