What you'll be doing

Conduct remote and on-site monitoring visits using risk-based approach to assess protocol compliance
Review source documentation, CRFs, and investigational product records; document findings in reports
Identify site process failures and implement corrective/preventive actions to achieve compliance
Participate in investigator meetings, site initiation, and trial closeout activities
Provide trial status updates and maintain clinical trial management system records
