Role summary
Illumina seeks a senior business process analyst to optimize logistics and distribution operations at the Singapore Woodlands facility. The role focuses on supply chain improvements and operational efficiency within the organization's distribution network.

- Strong understanding of warehouse and operations business processes with waste reduction track record
- Proven implementation of standard business processes in warehouse and logistics
- Good understanding of SAP and warehouse operations business systems architecture
- Experience with end-to-end supply chain and operations divisions including procurement and quality
- Analytical skills with SQL, databases, and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field
- At least 5 years of supply chain work experience

- Review, evaluate, and enhance warehouse and logistics work instructions for regulatory compliance
- Provide quantitative and analytical insight on supply chain processes
- Lead regional and global supply chain process improvement initiatives with cross-functional linkage
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain using lean methodologies
