What you'll be doing

Investigate and resolve Level 1, 2, and 3 support tickets within SLA requirements
Support data imports, validation, cleansing, and quality assurance activities
Author SDLC documentation including change requests, test scripts, and technical specifications
Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams on application enhancements and releases
