Strong Excel, financial modeling, and forecasting skills with analytical expertise
Project management experience managing multiple parallel workstreams and risks
Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to present to senior leadership

What you'll be doing

Develop and maintain robust demand forecasts for strategic brands integrating patient flow and market research insights
Build short- and long-term volume models using patient-based approaches to reflect real-world treatment dynamics
Align forecast assumptions with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Pricing, Finance, and Operations
Present and defend methodologies and outputs to senior leadership; conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analyses
Support new product launches, quarterly business reviews, and ad hoc analytics requests; lead forecasting process improvement
