Role summary
Cytiva seeks a Sourcing Leader for Supplier Performance Management to drive continuous improvement across key suppliers using data-driven methodologies. What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Sourcing, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering
- Advanced expertise in DBS tools (PSP, VSM, Kaizen, DBS@Supplier, DMS); certifications preferred
- 5+ years experience in complex international supply chains with supplier improvement projects
- Advanced project management and supplier assessment/auditing skills
- Demonstrated success in matrix organizations leading cross-functional teams
- Fluent English; ability to travel globally and work virtually across remote locations
What you'll be doing
- Identify and prepare supplier performance improvement projects targeting capacity, on-time delivery, lead-times, and total cost of ownership
- Facilitate Lean and DBS tool application across assigned supplier portfolio and business units
- Coordinate cross-functional Cytiva teams to support suppliers in reaching and sustaining performance targets
- Coach internal and supplier resources on continuous improvement tools and methodologies
- Communicate project results and best practices to stakeholders; develop SL SPM strategies and KPIs
