- Lead, coach, and develop an EHS team of approximately 9 direct reports
- Provide leadership and oversight for major capital projects and facility modifications
- Ensure compliance with UK legislation, environmental permits, and corporate standards
- Direct incident investigations, risk assessments, and corrective action programmes
