What you'll be doing

Lead preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance for instrumentation and automation systems
Troubleshoot and resolve instrumentation failures impacting production operations
Conduct Root Cause Analysis for recurring equipment failures and implement improvements
Drive automation upgrades, digitalization projects, and cost optimization programs
Monitor and report on KPIs including equipment uptime, MTBF/MTTR, and maintenance compliance
