What you'll be doing

Lead process-engineering assessments to resolve technical gaps and improve manufacturing robustness
Serve as technical subject matter expert for reagent preparation, liquid handling, mixing, formulation, and filtration
Evaluate process capability by analyzing materials, equipment, scale, parameters, and sources of variation
Support manufacturing readiness activities during product, process, or equipment introductions and changes
Partner cross-functionally with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and Facilities on technical improvements and troubleshooting
