- Develop and execute category strategies with competitive analysis and executive approval
- Manage supplier risk mitigation, business continuity planning, and quarterly business reviews
- Drive cost reduction initiatives through value engineering, negotiation, and alternative supplier qualification
- Establish governance processes and compliance frameworks with suppliers and cross-functional teams
