What you'll be doing

Design and execute hypothesis-driven studies for lentiviral vector platform development and optimization
Develop strategies to enhance yield, throughput, and assessment of novel lentiviral vector platforms
Collaborate with immunologists to interpret T-cell activation and CAR-T phenotype data across different vectors
Analyze complex internal and published datasets to inform science-driven decision-making
Mentor junior team members and serve as functional advisor on technical and scientific matters
