Role summary

- Proficiency in upstream and downstream processing of oligonucleotides
- HPLC purification and analytical characterization of guide RNA preferred
- Experience with enzymatic ligation techniques preferred
- Familiarity with electronic laboratory notebooks for documenting experiments preferred
- Strong communication and independent troubleshooting capabilities
What you'll be doing
- Perform small-scale, high-throughput production of guide RNA to support internal research programs
- Optimize oligonucleotide synthesis and purification methods for scalability and cost-effectiveness
- Collaborate with manufacturing team during technology transfer and process scale-up activities
- Troubleshoot synthesizer and purification instrumentation independently and with team members
- Document experimental results and present findings to cross-functional research groups
