  • Execute specimen preparation, staining, and sample acquisition for flow cytometric analyses
  • Perform cell sorting on BD FACS instruments and design cross-functional assay development projects
  • Conduct flow data analysis, interpretation, and presentation at group meetings
  • Maintain electronic laboratory records and provide instrument training to researchers
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate core lab logistics including scheduling and vendor management
