Role summary
Senior Proposal Associate – Writing develops clinical trial proposals for a global CRO, leading writing efforts and coordinating content across multiple stakeholders. The role requires strong written communication, project management, and pharmaceutical industry knowledge to deliver high-quality proposals on tight deadlines.

What you'll be doing
- Develop and lead proposal writing, coordinating content and presentations across multiple formats
- Collaborate with Account Directors and subject matter experts to manage proposal development process
- Participate in project strategy discussions to ensure service offerings are clearly communicated
- Edit, proofread, and revise documents for accuracy, consistency, and readability
- Establish proposal timelines and coordinate information gathering from various internal sources
Compensation$65,000–$129,000 annually
