Role summary
IQVIA seeks a Medical Evidence Development Asset Lead to oversee evidence generation strategy and execution for assigned pharmaceutical assets. The role manages integrated evidence plans, coordinates cross-functional teams, and ensures alignment with medical affairs objectives within the Chief Medical Office.

- 1+ year direct experience leading integrated evidence generation plan development and execution; 3+ years preferred
- Advanced science degree with significant real-world evidence and life sciences professional experience
- Expert knowledge of drug and oncology development processes
- Proficiency across multiple research methodologies including observational and low-interventional study designs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills regarding evidence generation strategy and planning
- Project management and organizational skills with regulatory-grade real-world evidence project experience
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders and communicate complex scientific concepts clearly
What you'll be doing
- Develop and oversee asset-level integrated evidence generation plans addressing evidence gaps
- Lead cross-functional team meetings coordinating epidemiology, real-world evidence, statistics, regulatory, and operations functions
- Oversee execution of evidence generation activities and track progress against medical affairs research agenda
- Engage with regulatory and internal stakeholders on study design, feasibility, and resource planning
- Identify and mitigate research-related risks while championing novel real-world evidence approaches
