Role summary
Regional Patient Access Lead manages a field-based team of patient access liaisons across the Great Lakes region, responsible for team performance, development, and strategic coordination with sales and support functions to facilitate patient access to medications.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation software
- Willingness to travel 50-75% regionally, including overnight and weekend commitments
What you'll be doing
- Lead and manage team of patient access liaisons; oversee performance, training, and compliance
- Develop key performance metrics, track results, and provide individual development coaching
- Coordinate with Area Sales Directors, Hub Services, and cross-functional teams on joint priorities
- Identify emerging patient needs and communicate them to relevant departments
- Develop quarterly presentations on team objectives and performance outcomes
