Role summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead clinical trial projects within the Neuroscience therapeutic area. 8+ years of relevant experience in clinical research or project management
Experience in Neuroscience studies, particularly rare disease, ophthalmology, sleep, epilepsy, psychiatry, or migraine indications
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and clinical systems (CTMS, Preclarus, Clarity)
Advanced knowledge of clinical development guidelines, ICH-GCP, and regulatory requirements
Strong financial acumen and understanding of project management principles
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships

What you'll be doing

Serve as primary project lead and sponsor contact, accountable for quality, timeline, and cost delivery
Establish and communicate customer expectations to internal project teams and manage sponsor relationships
Oversee financial stewardship, contract compliance, budget alignment, and change management processes
Drive risk identification, issue resolution, and ensure team compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
Lead escalation pathways and coordinate communication between sponsor and delivery teams across regions or vendors
