What you'll be doing
- Oversee all manufacturing processes, develop process failure mode and effects analyses, and define packaging instructions
- Design jigs, fixtures, manufacturing layouts, and process sequences for medical device assembly and testing
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Medtronic Performance System methodologies and monitor operational KPIs
- Partner with production, quality, and R&D teams to sustain and optimize operations
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain documentation throughout product lifecycle
