- 8-12 years reference data management, data governance, semantic technologies, or knowledge graph implementation
- Advanced knowledge of RDF, OWL, SKOS, SPARQL, SHACL, and Linked Data standards
- Hands-on experience with GraphDB, TopBraid EDG, CenTree, MarkLogic, or Stardog platforms
- Expertise in pharma domain controlled vocabularies like CDISC, MedDRA, SNOMED CT, ICD standards
- Applied experience with FAIR Data Principles in reference data and metadata governance
- Proficiency in SQL, PySpark, ETL, and modern data platforms like Databricks or AWS
What you'll be doing
- Design, build, and maintain enterprise reference data models, taxonomies, ontologies, and semantic assets
- Manage reference data lifecycle including intake, standardization, approval, versioning, publishing, and retirement
- Partner with business subject matter experts and governance councils to establish reference data standards and stewardship rules
- Develop RDF/OWL/SKOS frameworks and troubleshoot semantic data integration and mapping issues
- Support enterprise data foundations, knowledge graph, and metadata management initiatives
