What you'll be doing

Lead and implement process improvements to increase safety, reduce costs, and improve product quality
Develop control strategies, instrument designs, and automation specifications with emergency procedures
Author, review, and approve manufacturing procedures and batch records for GMP compliance
Design experiments, conduct data analysis, and support scale-up activities from R&D to production
Investigate manufacturing deviations using root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions
