Role summary
Senior Process Engineer responsible for optimizing and sustaining manufacturing processes within a value stream at a medical device company. What you'll be doing
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes using lean and six sigma methodologies to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Lead cross-functional teams on process improvements, new product introductions, and lifecycle management initiatives
- Initiate validations, engineering studies, change requests, and process specifications for equipment and procedures
- Perform technical investigations, FMEA analyses, and CAPA activities to address non-conformances
- Identify and lead cost-improvement projects leveraging advanced technologies and process optimization tools
