- Experience creating dashboards, reports, and standardized templates preferred
What you'll be doing
- Coordinate portfolio governance, operational mechanisms, and portfolio review processes for Neurovascular PMO
- Collect, consolidate, and communicate project status, milestones, risks, and portfolio health to stakeholders
- Maintain portfolio management tools, dashboards, and reporting systems for project performance visibility
- Prepare recurring portfolio reports, executive summaries, and presentations for leadership decision-making
- Monitor and develop standardized metrics for project progress, resource utilization, budgets, and financial performance
