- Prepare and prosecute patent applications for small molecules, including composition of matter and treatment methods
- Identify patentable inventions through collaboration with research project teams
- Conduct patentability and freedom-to-operate analyses for compounds and their applications
- Support intellectual property due diligence for licensing, collaboration, and business development activities
- Review proposed scientific publications and provide guidance on patent strategy to research teams
