What you'll be doing

Design, code, test, and release validated ontology modules and controlled vocabularies for biologics discovery domains
Partner with experimental scientists and domain experts to elicit and refine scientific concepts into semantic models
Embed semantic layers into data pipelines, catalogs, and knowledge graph platforms alongside data engineers
Model scientific entities, processes, workflows, and experimental activities to enable provenance capture and data reuse
Establish semantic standards and publish ontology packages as API-ready assets for AI/ML workflows and data products
