- Experience with method validation and out-of-specification investigation processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and lab data systems
What you'll be doing
- Perform advanced microbiological testing including bioburden, endotoxin, growth promotion, and environmental monitoring
- Lead or support out-of-specification investigations, non-conformances, and corrective/preventive actions
- Review and analyze microbiological data, identify trends, and generate reports for management
- Train and mentor junior technicians on testing methods, aseptic technique, and compliance requirements
- Support method validations, process improvements, and regulatory audit preparation
Compensation$29.86 - $40.91 USD Hourly
