What they're looking for

Advanced degree (PhD preferred; PharmD or MD considered)
3-5 years high-level content development experience; 1-2 years as senior medical writer preferred
Proficiency with ICMJE and GPP guidelines and scientific literature analysis
Experience with PubMed, ClinicalTrials.gov, and industry intelligence platforms
Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Prism, EndNote, and related software
Prior experience in medical publications or communications agency
Resource management and mentoring experience strongly preferred

What you'll be doing

Develop and write medical communications content from conception through delivery
Interpret clinical data and adapt findings to meet project objectives accurately
Ensure compliance with authorship, journal, and client confidentiality requirements
Monitor workload and mentor junior medical writers as part of account team
Represent projects at internal and client meetings including publication committees
