- Design and implement Phase 1-3 clinical trials, including protocol writing and regulatory document preparation
- Lead and mentor clinical teams; recruit and build prostate cancer-focused medical and scientific staff
- Interact with investigators, thought leaders, and regulatory authorities to advance development programs
- Oversee data monitoring committees and ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements
