Role summary

- Own integrated application delivery plans including milestones, capacity, dependencies, and release risks
- Translate user stories into technical designs and coordinate work packages across multiple teams
- Guide implementation of generative AI, retrieval, and agent workflow systems
- Establish code review, testing, and release practices incorporating evaluation and compliance standards
- Mentor scientists and engineers while coordinating internal staff, contractors, and external contributors
