What you'll be doing

Develop and deploy advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning solutions supporting Global Medical Safety objectives
Lead project teams to deliver scalable analytical products, platforms, and decision-support capabilities
Establish data pipelines, analytical assets, dashboards, and applications enabling data-driven decision-making
Provide scientific and technical leadership across safety and operational analytics, including predictive analytics and risk assessment
Build and mentor analytics talent while fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous organizational capability development
