What you'll be doing

Provide interpretative accounting guidance on complex transactions and U.S. GAAP matters to stakeholders
Research and conclude on technical accounting topics including revenue recognition, leases, business combinations, and impairments
Monitor new accounting pronouncements and assess impact on financial statements and disclosure requirements
Partner with compliance and internal controls teams to evaluate design and operating effectiveness of ICFR controls
Support quarterly and annual financial reporting including footnotes, disclosures, and SEC filing schedules
