Role summary
Gilead Sciences seeks a Senior Manager for SAP manufacturing and planning to serve as product owner for enterprise-wide production execution and shop floor digitization across its pharmaceutical and biologics network. - Bachelor's degree with 8+ years experience or Master's degree with 6+ years experience
- 12+ years SAP Production Planning, Manufacturing Execution Systems, and manufacturing technology experience
- Deep expertise in S/4HANA PP, MRP, MES platforms with third-party MES integration experience
- Strong knowledge of GxP methodologies, computer system validation, and regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Experience leading enterprise manufacturing digitization and transformation programs
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and product ownership capabilities
What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute enterprise SAP manufacturing roadmap aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements
- Own strategy, governance, and architecture of S/4HANA PP, MES, and MRP platforms across multiple manufacturing sites
- Lead delivery of manufacturing initiatives including MES rollouts, PAS-X integrations, and Digital Manufacturing programs
- Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain leaders to define production priorities and enterprise standards
- Establish KPIs for production performance, planning accuracy, system adoption, GxP compliance, and operational excellence
