Experience with CAPA, complaint investigation, and adverse event reporting
Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional team collaboration skills
Experience with process improvement, trending analysis, and manufacturing systems (MES, CMMS, SPC)

What you'll be doing

Lead Quality Assurance team supporting hip manufacturing operations and strategic objectives
Develop and deploy quality initiatives across operations aligned with customer and compliance requirements
Ensure organizational conformance to regulatory standards and customer requirements through audits and certifications
Manage product and process deviations, corrective actions, and risk mitigation for released products
Build and mentor high-performing QA team; shape operating model and standardize business processes

Compensation€88,000 - €146,000 EUR Annual
