Role summary
Senior Manager overseeing product quality for neurotoxin therapeutics and pipeline products across global manufacturing operations. Reports to Product Quality Director and ensures regulatory compliance, on-time delivery, and alignment across supply chain stakeholders including internal plants and third-party manufacturers.

- 5+ years quality assurance operations, regulatory, or technical support in pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Direct regulatory inspection experience with inspector interaction
- 5+ years direct plant experience in pharmaceutical setting preferred
- Technical or analytical background for quality and engineering problem resolution
- Knowledge of biological and pharmaceutical products
What you'll be doing
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver quality objectives and compliance with regulatory requirements globally
- Manage post-marketing quality assurance, customer complaints, and complaint trend analysis across supply nodes
- Chair global change control reviews and quality assessments; oversee compliance exception documents and corrective actions
- Develop and implement global product quality strategies supporting assigned neurotoxin products
- Make key decisions on product quality and regulatory conformance; escalate medium and high-risk events to management
