Role summary

Madrigal Pharmaceuticals seeks a Senior Manager to serve as the scientific and technical steward for small-molecule pharmaceutical products. Minimum 7 years pharmaceutical industry experience, including 3–5 years in small-molecule process development or MSAT
Working knowledge of GMP manufacturing environments
Demonstrated understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and lifecycle support
Hands-on experience with late-stage development, technology transfer, process validation, or commercial launch

What you'll be doing

Develop and maintain comprehensive technical knowledge of assigned products including formulation, process design, CPPs, CQAs, and control strategies
Coordinate capture of product knowledge across functional teams and maintain technical dossier as single source of truth
Author and review technology transfer documentation and CMO-facing knowledge packages to support manufacturing readiness
Support lifecycle activities including post-approval changes, process improvements, deviation investigations, and change controls
Serve as technical liaison between MSAT, manufacturing sites, and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent product understanding
