- Knowledge of oncology, immuno-oncology, or cell/gene therapy programs
- Comfort navigating multiple digital platforms and systems
What you'll be doing
- Independently manage all patient vein-to-vein workflows and escalate issues within assigned geographic areas
- Serve as primary contact for site stakeholders to enhance cell therapy experience and support
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Clinical Ops, Supply Chain, Medical, and Commercial
- Coordinate site logistics, personnel training, and platform access with regional operations managers
- Develop internal and external standard operating procedures and training materials
