Role summary

- Act as HR business partner to Quality, Finance, Project Management leaders, and VP Project Management
- Develop and execute HR strategies supporting site and segment goals in collaboration with Director, HR
- Manage talent acquisition partnerships, performance management systems, and employee engagement initiatives
- Oversee HR operations including employee relations, policy administration, and compliance matters
- Analyze HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and improve processes
