Role summary

Advanced expertise in health economics, patient-reported outcomes, research design, statistical analysis, and epidemiology
Strong project management capabilities including budgeting, contracting, and vendor oversight
Demonstrated leadership experience managing small teams in matrix environments with ability to influence peers
Excellent written and oral English communication skills and interpersonal effectiveness
Ability to manage multiple complex projects with competing priorities and significant budgets

What you'll be doing

Develop and execute global HTA Value & Evidence strategy in partnership with cross-functional oncology teams
Manage health economics and outcomes research studies, registries, and non-interventional studies demonstrating value propositions
Lead creation and updates of global value dossiers, economic models, and innovative tools for stakeholder communication
Develop real-world evidence generation strategies and oversee implementation to support brand differentiation
Coordinate with country and regional access teams on evidence needs and disseminate findings via publications and conferences
