Role summary
Pfizer seeks a medical director to lead late-phase clinical development programs in hematology. This role provides clinical oversight of 2-3 concurrent trials, managing study design, conduct, analysis, and cross-functional coordination with regulatory, safety, and medical affairs teams.

- Medical degree (MD, DO, MBBS, MBChB) from recognized institution
- Licensed to prescribe medicines independently for minimum 2 years post-training

What you'll be doing
- Provide clinical leadership across 2-3 study teams with scientific rigor aligned to company objectives
- Conduct medical monitoring including eligibility assessment, data review, and safety oversight
- Lead peer-to-peer investigator interactions and serve as primary contact for clinical issues
- Develop and maintain clinical trial and regulatory documents collaboratively
- Review clinical data, interpret findings, and communicate implications to internal and external stakeholders
