Role summary
Pfizer seeks a field-based scientific director for thoracic oncology in California/Nevada/Hawaii to deliver medical education, generate clinical insights, support trial identification, and address unmet scientific needs across the lung cancer treatment landscape.

- Plan and execute medical strategy and scientific education for healthcare professionals in assigned territory
- Maintain expertise in thoracic oncology disease states and Pfizer medicines; provide information to internal and external stakeholders
- Identify and support potential clinical trial sites, including those serving underrepresented populations
- Lead advisory boards and field inbound medical queries from healthcare providers through established processes
- Deliver actionable field insights on treatment patterns, unmet needs, and evolving standards of care to inform medical strategy
