Role summary
Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Manager, Health Care Compliance Officer to serve as a strategic compliance partner for Innovative Medicine North America – Oncology. The role involves translating regulatory requirements into actionable guidance, managing healthcare compliance risks, and embedding principles-based decision-making across business functions.

- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years business experience, 5+ in healthcare compliance or risk management
- Strong knowledge of federal healthcare program and FDA-related compliance requirements
- Demonstrated ability to influence across matrixed organizations and build stakeholder trust
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with complex requirements translation
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced, and evolving environments
- Experience supporting or leading compliance program design, implementation, or transformation (highly preferred)
- CCEP accreditation or similar certification (highly preferred)
What you'll be doing
- Deliver proactive, risk-based compliance guidance and strategic options to business leaders and partners
- Lead assessment, management, and monitoring of compliance risks for key initiatives and emerging trends
- Embed principles-based decision-making into business activities through sound judgment and risk-aligned guidance
- Provide day-to-day compliance guidance on HCP/HCO engagements, communications, incentive compensation, and medical education programs
- Partner cross-functionally to integrate compliance by design into business processes, systems, and operating models
