Manage batch scheduling, material supply, shipment, and cycle time tracking at CMO partner sites
Ensure cGMP compliance and regulatory adherence in product manufacturing
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and system implementations to reduce cycle times
Manage direct reports and support technical transfer activities and documentation review
